Sylvia Owori breaks silence on Bobi Wine romance rumors

Renowned fashion designer, entrepreneur, and civil servant Sylvia Damalie Owori has broken her silence on longstanding rumors linking her to singer-turned-politician Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, popularly known as Bobi Wine.

In a recent address, Owori categorically denied ever having had a romantic relationship with Bobi Wine, clarifying that their connection was purely professional.

She explained that during her time in the Miss Uganda business, she regularly worked with Bobi Wine, Jose Chameleone, and Bebe Cool, booking them for performances and appearances, nothing more.

It is not true that I ever had a relationship with Bobi Wine. Bobi Wine is my young brother. I used to book him, as well as Jose Chameleone and Bebe Cool, when I was still in the Miss Uganda business for performances. They’re my young brothers.

With these comments, Owori aimed to put an end to the speculation that has followed her for years, stressing that there was never any romantic involvement, only business and mutual respect.

In addition to addressing the relationship rumors, Owori also dismissed claims that she had once relocated to Gulu due to financial struggles or debt.

The outspoken fashion mogul firmly stated that she had never even heard of such rumors before and refuted them as baseless.
