Jerome Otim: I want to win trophies

SC Villa has completed the signing of electric and pacy forward Jerome Otim on a three-year contract.

Otim signed a three-year employment contract that will keep him at the club until 2028.

Speaking to the club’s media, Otim shared his plan, which could not differ from winning titles for the historic club.

“I want to win trophies and be part of the history of the great club,” Otim stated.

“This is one of the biggest clubs in Uganda and Africa. It’s a privilege for me to join the Jogoos. I am here to work hard and make the Jogoos faithful love the club even more,” he added.

Jerome’s football journey began at Lira Sports Academy before joining the KCCA FC Junior Team where he impressed with his pace and trickery on the right flank.

Recently he was part of the Proline senior team where he played at the regional level.

SC Villa will start the 2025/26 campaign as they take on KCCA in the Kampala Derby on Saturday, October 4 at Mandela National Stadium, Namboole.
