Police target first win at new home as they host Express

Police FC will continue their search for the first season victory at their new Kiira Road Police Arena when they host Express FC on Thursday.

The Cops were held to a 1-1 draw by Mbarara City on the league’s opening day despite dominating the game.

The game will see former Red Eagles coach Matia Lule and captain Said Kyeyune face their former pay masters.

For Express FC, the target is to win their successive match after they earned a 1-0 win over visiting UPDF at Hamz stadium, Nakivubo on match day one.

The seven-time champions have won three of the last five meetings but were beaten 2-1 in the latest meeting last season.

In the late kick off on Thursday, URA will host NEC at Nakivubo in a game that starts at 8pm.
