Striker Frank Ssebufu is a Jogoo
Sports Club Villa has on Tuesday announced the signing of lanky forward Frank ‘Dube’ Ssebufu. The striker joins the club on a two-year deal.
The Jogoos confirmed that Ssebufu who has been without club since leaving New York Red Bulls in December last year joins them ahead of the new season.
Before moving to USA in March 2023, the striker had played for Wakiso Giants FC in the Uganda Premier League.
He is also a product of the Masaza Cup having featured for Buddu. Additionally, he was part of the Buddo SS team that won the National Secondary Schools Football Tournament back in 2018, scoring the lone goal in the final against Kimanya SS.
He becomes the fourth addition for SC Villa, joining Ibrahim Kasinde, goalkeeper David Lukwago and Geoffrey Gagganga.
