Ruyonga Claims His Competition Is Global and Not Local

Musician Ruyonga has opened up about his competition in the music business, claiming it comes from artists outside the local market.
According to Ruyonga, his rivals are not artists in his own country, but rather heavyweight rappers on the global market.
During his appearance at Horizon Vibe with Calvin, Ruyonga listed artists like Jay Sarkodie, Manifest, and the late AKA, among others, as his competition.
He also explained that the fact that they have graced some of the biggest stages inspires him to not only push boundaries but also deliver good quality music.

“That is how I keep myself fresh. I do not allow myself to settle just because I’m doing well in a particular atmosphere. I try to look at people who make me want to challenge myself. And of course, people like Jay Z, who have been consistent all the time. He said.
