Lady Accuses Uncle Chumi of Drugging, Blackmail, and Sexual Assault

Musician Uncle Chumi is the topic of discussion on social media once again, following a lady identified as Soloby coming out accusing her of sexual assault.

In a recent YouTube interview, the woman clarified her stance, denying earlier reports that suggested Uncle Chumi had been arrested, and acknowledging that she had filed a case with the Police.

The lady dismissed the reports narrating her side of the story, saying that she made a case against her, but no action was taken. In the police statement, she claimed that Chumi drugged and molested her, robbed her of her three phones and money, among other belongings. She further alleged that the singer kept blackmailing her to sleep with her lest she would release the videos of them kissing.

She alleged that Uncle Chumi slipped dangerous substances into her drink that drove her into an altered state of consciousness. In this case, one is not totally unconscious, but it significantly differs from a normal waking state.

Uncle Chumi kept recording videos of them kissing and touching each other, and then used them to blackmail her into sleeping with her. She, however, refused and decided to end their friendship before packing her belongings from her house.

The night she wanted to send the boda guy to pick them up, the lady alleged that Chumi insisted she would only hand them over to her and not a third party.

“I woke up and realized it was getting out of hand, and I needed to end the friendship. That was the night I called her, suggesting we end the friendship. I called her and said I would send the boda guy to pick up my stuff, but she suggested I come myself. When I got in, she locked the door and told me I wasn’t going anywhere. She said I would spend the night there, that is when the assault started,” she narrated.

She denied allegations of being in a relationship with Uncle Chumi, as previously alleged, and insisted that all the videos shared were recorded against her will.

“When they put it in your drink, you don’t blackout completely. You can even do things, but not of your own will, in agreement, but you are just there. When someone sees you, they may think you are okay, but you are not. She was holding me at ransom because she had the pictures in her phone. She refused to delete them even when I told her to do so,” she said.

When asked if she could pursue the case further, the lady noted that the two parties were sorting out the issue and were soon getting to an understanding.
