Uncle Chumi accused of threats and debt by ex-manager Lax

Uncle Chumi, real name Mushabe Crek Haidare, has found herself at the center of a stormy controversy after her former manager, Lax, publicly aired allegations about her conduct and character.
Speaking to journalists, Lax didn’t hold back, painting a chaotic picture of his former working relationship with Chumi.
The manager claimed that Chumi, along with a close associate who allegedly identifies herself as a daughter of General Salim Saleh, has repeatedly threatened his life.
According to Lax, the two have even gone as far as brandishing firearms, promising to end his life.
I don’t want to say too much, but I’m here because I’m being threatened. Anyone who knows the woman claiming to be Saleh’s daughter should intervene. I can no longer work with Chumi — she’s crazy.
To ensure his safety, Lax has filed a formal complaint at Katwe Police Station, saying he went public for accountability should anything happen to him behind the scenes.
Lax disclosed that Uncle Chumi is currently homeless, having allegedly been kicked out of her father’s house due to what he described as her “bad character“.
He claims that he often acted as a mediator between Chumi and her father, trying to smooth out their rocky relationship.
“She insulted her father constantly. She owns nothing but a car — and even that is still on loan. She owes 16 million shillings on it,” he added.
