The number of Ugandan female footballers in Tanzania’s Ceasea Queens Football Club is fast escalating.

Forward Halimah Nanteza, 23, joins the latest player to join the Tanzania topflight side.

Nanteza penned a year-long employment deal with the Iringa based entity.

“We managed to discuss favorable terms for the player (Halimah Nanteza) to join Ceasea Queen in Tanzania. I trust and know that she will deliver to the best of expectations” Livingstone Sajja of Livingstone Sports Agency confirmed to Kawowo Sports.

Nanteza has previously played at Rines women football club, Bunyaruguru women football club, Red Doves women club.

She is a former student at Uganda Martyrs Lubaga, Shamy High School and Rines Secondary School.

At Ceasea Queens women football club, Nanteza joins other Ugandan footballers as Lukia Namubiru, Margret Kunhira, Naome Naggadya and Grace Aluka.
