Uganda’s female footballer Lukia Namubiru has joined Tanzania female premier entity Ceasea Queens football Club.

Namubiru, a center half signed a year-long deal with the Iringa based club.

She was a free agent after the expiration of her employment contract at Kampala Queens women football club.

The hard-working defender had joined Kampala Queens from Ajax Queens at the end of the 2019-2020 season.

At Ceasea Queens, she joins a couple of other Ugandan female footballers as Margret Kunhira, Naome Naggadya and Grace Aluka.

Namubiru has previously been attached to St Mary’s Kitende, Mukono High and London College.
