Isaac “Ozil” Kitakuule has resigned as head coach for Butembe Ssaza football team, one of the entities featuring in the MTN sponsored Busoga Masaza football tournament.

Kitakule only handed Butembe Ssaza for only two matches; winning one and drawing the other in the first round.

Butembe Ssaza played to a goal-less stalemate with Namayingo (away) before winning 1-0 over Buzaya in the two games that Kitakule handled.

The fate to step aside comes after a look thought of decision following lack of professionalism from the top management.

“I have decided to resign as I lay down my tools at Butembe Ssaza football team. There has been elements of lack of professionalism that entails disrespect from some officials, including miscommunication and failure to clear arrears worked for” Kitakule cited.

In particular, Kitakule cites his uncleared dues in allowances, sign-on fees, unsettled payments to players which has frustrated his work.
