Kitara, Villa, BUL confirm new home grounds

Several teams have confirmed change of home grounds ahead of the new Uganda Premier League season that will commence on 13th September 2024.

Express FC and URA FC were the first to confirm shifting to the newly refurbished Hamz Stadium-Nakivubo.

According to the 2024/25 season fixtures released, reigning Champions SC Villa will host their home games at Mandela National Stadium.

The Jogoos have played the last two seasons at Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.

Kitara FC who played last season at Masindi Munucipal Stadium have shifted back to Hoima and will use the Royals Park that was set up by the club.

BUL FC has also moved from FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru and will use Lugazi Stadium in Najjembe alongside new comers Lugazi FC.

The home venue for Mbale Heroes FC is not yet confirmed by the League Secretariat and it is highly likely that they will not use the Mbale City Stadium.
