Fik Gaza reveals Shs 30 million bail cost after arrest
Fik Gaza has opened up about the heavy financial burden he endured following his arrest earlier this year.
Gaza, who was released on bail in April 2025 after being charged with robbery in Katwe, revealed that securing his freedom cost him over Shs 30 million. 
I spent something like Shs 30 million. I spent Shs 12 million on the first file, another Shs 5 million, the last file was like Shs 8 million and other things.
He further disclosed that he had hoped to recover part of this money through a concert organized in partnership with events promoter Balaam Barugahara. However, those plans failed to materialize.
I had plans with Balaam to organize a concert before the arrest so I could coup some money, but that didn’t work out.
For now, I’m focusing on releasing new music and then I will organize a show if everything goes as planned.
