Hassan Mubiru has left KCCA after just eighteen months into his five year contract.

A product of the Express youth team, Mubiru joined the Kasasiro in January 2023 with big expectations after scoring for fun in the Fufa Juniors League but has failed to break into the KCCA team, first under Morley Byekwaso who signed him, Jackson Mayanja, Sergio Traguil and now Abdallah Mubiru.

The left footed forward with the ability to play across the forward line was also part of the U-20 Afcon initial squad under Morley Byekwaso last year.

He also won the Cecafa U-17 with the Cubs in 2019.

His former bosses Express and reigning league champions SC Villa are reportedly interested in getting him signed ahead of the 2024/25 season that starts in September.
