Mothers Union Marathon targets to raise 400M/= for project phase 1 support

The leadership of Mothers Union of Namirembe diocese church of Uganda is committed to ensuring that they raise funds to complete phase 1 of their commercial complex project according to Roseline Biingi Kawiso their president.
She appealed for funding support towards completion of construction works for their proposed 10Bn multi storied commercial complex which aims at raising funds to cover future projects of the church.
The facility is meant to help raise funds to support tier lined up projects such as supporting education of the vulnerable children, water and sanitation projects among districts and health care campaigns among others.
‘We call all stakeholders and friends of the church of Uganda and Mothers Union in particular to join us in the forthcoming marathon set to happen 7th June 2025 which targets at raising 400m to complete phase 1 of the project’ noted Kawiso.
She made the appeal during an exclusive interview with this website yesterday at their Namirembe based headquarters who said that they are building capacity for the public to come up and support them in raising funds for the multibillions project.
She appealed to people to come and buy a marathon kit of 25k as contribution for the project which shall go a long way in supporting them to meet other financial needs of the church.

Samali Nkumi and Rachel Ndaula both separately said they welcome all God loving and fearing Christians to come forward and support the works of the Lord because it was him who provides the wisdom for us to make the money.
