Maroons have confirmed the signing of striker Ibrahim Dada Juma on a two-year contract.

The highly rated centre forward who can also play wide joins as a free agent after being released by URA following expiry of his contract.

“We announce the signing of 25-year-old Ibrahim Juma Dada. The prolific striker joins from URA FC on a 2-year contract with an option of another extension. His clinical finishing, pace & ball control will boost our attack. WELCOME DADA,” confirmed Maroons.

He spent over five seasons with the tax collectors and becomes the third signing for Muhammad Ssenfuma’s prison warders after defender Apolo Kagogwe from Wakiso Giants and midfielder Ivan Asaba.

Dada is seen as a direct replacement for Fred Amaku who joined Kitara.

The Luzira based side has not only let go of Amaku in the window but skipper David Ndihabwe, midfielder Isaac Mpagi and centre backs Bayiga and Jacob Okao.
