Spice Diana claims she is yet to raise the amount of money needed for her collaborations with Diamond Platnumz to be finalised and released.

In 2021, Spice Diana got closer to Diamond Platnumz’s Wasafi record label, later working with Zuchu on their collabo dubbed “Upendo”.

She has since made a couple of visits to Tanzania and last year she revealed that they worked on a couple of collaborations with Diamond.

But none is yet to be released yet her fans and critics continue to pin her to release the music.

During an interview, Spice Diana revealed that she is yet to raise the money required by Diamond to shoot visuals for their first collaboration.

We have more than one song, we have many songs but sometimes it’s the money. To have a video that matches his standards (is expensive).

He just made a video with Jason (Derulo) and the amount of money he invested in it, we don’t even earn it here.

When he performs in Uganda he is given at least USD100,000. I have never been paid that much here in Uganda. So to make a video with him, it has to at least be worth USD50,000.

Spice Diana also hinted that at times such artists will be open to easing their rates for such collaborations but ask for sex in return which she isn’t willing to give.
