The draws for the upcoming FEASSSA Games 2024 were held on Monday, 12th August at the GNS Plaza building in Old Kampala, Uganda.

In boy’s football, the defending champions St Mary’s Kitende from Uganda are in pool A; the same as St Joseph’s Boys Kitale (Kenya), co-hosts Bukedea Comprehensive School (Uganda), Highway Secondary School (Kenya) and Tanzania’s Benjamin Mkapa Secondary School.

Pool B has another co-host Amus College School from Uganda and will battle the reigning national champions St Julian High School Mukono.

The other group B schools are APE Rugunga Secondary School (Rwanda), Musingu High School (Kenya) and Kalangala Secondary School (Tanzania).

There are five football venues inside Amus College College and the main stadium at Bukedea Comprehensive school.

Other venues around Mbale city will also be used.

Last year, the championship was held in Rwanda’s Huye city with St Mary’s Kitende winning the boy’s final whilst Kawempe Muslim championed the girls’ finale.

Besides football, there will also be action in basketball (3X3 and normal basketball), netball, Rugby (7’s and 15’s), handball, athletics, swimming, tennis, volleyball, table tennis and badminton.

  • B: St Julian High School (Uganda), Amus College School (Uganda), APE Rugunga Secondary School (Rwanda), Musingu High School (Kenya), Kalangala Secondary School (Tanzania)
