Arsenal transfer rumours: Joan Jordan drops hint over future, Carlos Soler interest
Arsenal are interested in signing Soler, according to reports

Arsenal made it three consecutive Premier League victories on Saturday evening with a 4-0 win over West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns.

Goals from Kieran Tierney, Bukayo Saka and a brace from Alexandre Lacazette were enough for the Gunners - who looked back to their brilliant best against the Baggies.

Mikel Arteta will be encouraged by his side's recent strong form, but will be well aware of the areas of his squad that need strengthening.

In the January transfer window, Arteta will have the chance to add to his squad, and he is consistently being linked with wanting a creative midfielder.

Today is no different - and here is a round-up of the latest Arsenal transfer rumours and stories.

Jordan drops transfer hint

Sevilla midfielder Joan Jordan has insisted he is 'super comfortable' with the La Liga side, despite rumours of Arsenal interest.

Jordan has been identified as one of the Gunners' top targets, according to reports, and the north London club are ready to match Sevilla's £32million asking price.

The 26-year-old has insisted he is very happy with the Spanish outfit, though, when talking to Estadio Deportivo (via Metro ).

"My mind is genuinely here in Sevilla and on the derby. I am at a super ambitious club, and I have nothing more to say because I really am super comfortable here, like I was when I arrived here," Jordan said.

"Things can come out, but I tell you my mind today and the people that know me can back me up, it’s not that I’m avoiding the question just that really, my mind is on the derby."

Gunners eye QPR goalkeeper

Arsenal are monitoring the progress of QPR goalkeeper Seny Dieng, according to the Sunday Mirror (via Football League World ).

The Gunners, as well as Premier League rivals Leeds United and Crystal Palace, are all keeping an eye on Dieng's progress at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium.

This season, the 26-year-old has established himself as QPR's first-choice shot-stopper and has produced some impressive form in the process.

Dieng only signed a new deal at Mark Warburton's side back in September, which means the Championship club are now in a good position to negotiate for their goalkeeper.

Arteta wants Soler

Arteta has identified Valencia star Carlos Soler as a target in the January transfer window, according to a report from Spanish outlet El Desmarque.

Due to the financial position that the La Liga outfit find themselves in, they've already lost a few of their key players and Soler could be the next one, the report claims.

The Gunners have a long-standing interest in the 24-year-old, and it could be reignited as the north London club look to take advantage of Valencia due to their financial woes.

Arteta and Arsenal are 'keeping an eye' on Soler - who has a reported £130m release clause in his contract - but the feeling is that the Spanish side would accept much less for the midfielder.
