Villa is yet win on the road at Kakyeeka since Mbarara City were promoted to the top division with three defeats and one draw to show on their last five visits.
There is no better time than now to visit the Ankole Lions who are winless in four straight matches and have not been clinical at Kakyeeka either with only two wins at home including one against KCCA from the boardroom.
Villa, whose only victory on the road this season was at relegation bound Soltilo Bright Stars will fancy their sides and hope star players Patrick Kakande, Charles Lwanga and Aslam Ssemakula show up in inspired form.
The hosts, managed by former Villa midfielder Charles Livingstone Mbabazi will rely on Seiri Arigumaho and Henry Kitegenyi for goals.
Elsewhere on Wednesday, Express visit Mbale Heroes, UPDF are at home to Maroons, BUL lock horns with Police while KCCA and URA face off at Nakivubo in the late kick off.
