As a content creator herself, Sheilah Gashumba believes photographers and videographers are not active enough at events to share content during events in real time.

According to Sheilah Gashumba, photographers and videographers are an integral part of content creation and play a huge role in promoting nightlife.

She, however, urges that they improve the pace that they use to share content they have recorded/shot in real time to help night hosts and promoters attract more people to the events.

Gashumba also advises Ugandan content creators to break down their content into several videos so that they can post more content on their pages to get more followers and hence a wider clientele for their services.

Photographers/Videographers/ Content creators for your information, you play a huge part in growing a night, why take 100 videos and only come up with one 59 second video when you can actually be airdropping or sharing the videos while the night is going on for the hosts or promoters to keep posting in real time. So ur gonna let 100 clips just go to waste like that. And you must be posting as well because u become part of the night too. Always ready the crowd and also the di, get the perfect shots of the crowd connecting with the DJ or the Mcee but you won’t get the shots When you are not paying attention to what the DJ is playing or what the mcee is saying In other words, be active. So many west African content creators/ videographers have been following because people some people actually go where these people are posting content from depending on how dope it looks Sheilah Gashumba via Snapchat
