After over a year, renowned emcee, deejay, and reality TV star Etania Ndagire a.k.a Life of the Party is leaving NRG Radio Uganda.
In February 2023, Etania joined NRG Radio, enthusiastically kickstarting her radio career. She has since presented on the NRG Circle IG show which airs from Monday to Thursday from 7 pm to 11 pm.
However, her time at the Kampala-based radio station has ended over what has been termed as “indiscipline.”
A letter of termination cited by this website reveals that Etania will no longer be an employee of NRG Radio starting 3rd July.
It reveals how she has been through several conversations with her bosses at the station over disciplinary matters from which the station has decided to part ways with her.
“As discussed, dignity and mutual respect are core uncompromisable values at NRG. After our conversation, we think that the best way forward for all parties involved is to terminate your services with NRG,” the letter partly reads.
Etania, who earlier this year opened up about overcoming mental health challenges, has been asked to return company property to the office and receive compensation for her services.
Etania has yet to reveal her next move but she has a couple of projects she is working on including the Kampala Creme reality show which is returning soon with Season 2.
She is also set to embark on a Kenya Tour from 6th July to 20th July, something she is overly excited about. We wish her well.
