Shifura, whose real name is Maria Mutoni, has officially announced her decision to pursue a solo music career.
Shifura become a social media sensation after she featured in the viral hit “Hoozambe,” and she quickly became a recognised name in the entertainment industry.
However, her collaboration with D Star, the artist behind “Hoozambe,” ended on a sour note.
D Star recently confirmed in a video that he has no plans to include Shifura in any of his future projects, though he did not provide specific reasons for this decision. Now Shifura has expressed her commitment to start her own journey in the music industry.
Shifurah visited Blu Sky Studio in Makindye. Accompanied by her writer White Blood Music, she collaborated with producer Josh King to record her debut music project.
