Kutchi Tigers will be pushing for the top spot in Group A when they meet bottom-placed Nile at the new Florida Oval in Katosi in the Men’s T20 League.
Kutchi Tigers are three points behind table leaders Tornado Bee but if they can get maximum points against Nile, they will claim top spot. Nile is yet to win any game and Kutchi Tigers are the favourites to win the game if the weather holds up.
Wanderers and Patidar will be fighting for top spot in Group B. Patidar is two points ahead of Wanderers but has played two games more than their second-placed rivals. Wanderers have won back-to-back games against the opposition they expected to win but Patidar will be a different test for them. The two sides will be looking at putting some distance between themselves and third-placed Tornado who are the other competition for a knockout place.
Ceylon Lions take on ACC at the Lakeside Oval in Entebbe in a bid to cement top spot in Group D. ACC is looking for 1st points of the T20 season but they face a very tough opponent in Ceylon Lions.
In the same group, Ismaili Community will face off with hosts JACC in Jinja. If the visitors can get maximum points they will get close to the knockout places.
JACC in second place know that maximum points for them as well will guarantee them finishing second in the group.
