Catherine Kusasira has addressed speculations surrounding her age saying she’s only 29 years old.
The Si Doggo singer, who had just celebrated her birthday the previous week, stated that despite perceptions based on her physical appearance, she is only 29 years old.
Kusasira, who entered the music industry at the tender age of 19 in 2003, shared her journey and the challenges she’s faced.
Reflecting on her career, she noted how some people have unfairly judged her age, often comparing her to someone much older.
I made 29 years. I saw people complaining about it, but for us, we got famous when younger because of the blessings from our parents. I sang my first song when I was 19 in 2003, so you do the maths.
