The 2024 Tooro Kingdom Masaza (sub-counties) football tournament continues at various venues.
Bunyangabu county faces a stern test of character in their last group game against Fort County on Friday, 28th July 2024 at the Buhinga playground in the Fort Portal Tourism city.
Coached by Wyclef “Coach Pro” Kabiito, Bunyangabu has already collected a point from their 1-all home draw with Kibale county at the Kibiito SSS playground.
Super substitute Ivan scored Bunyangabu county’s goal during the well cheered duel via a penalty to neutralize Sanchez’s opener.
“it is one match where we shall give 100 percent in our game against Kibale county. There is a lot at stake and we are preparing for the game” Kabiito states.
Bunyangabu county also has team manager in Hillary Maingi who is also working with other big wigs as the Mayor of Kibiito Town council Wilson “Kiri Ok” Kabagambe.
Format of play:
There are nine teams in total; divided into three groups with each group having three teams apiece.
The three teams that top the respective groups will qualify for the semi-finals and the best loser from all the three groups combined.
Mwenge South-county is the defending champion.
