The 2024 Uganda national lacrosse league successfully climaxed on Saturday, 25th May at the MUBS playground in Nakawa, Kampala city.

Blink Kobs lacrosse club won the season, having amassed a total of 18 points from 8 matches played.

Six games were won with two losses. FCA Warriors played second fiddle with 16 points.

On the final day of the season, Blink Kobs humbled FCA Warriors 18-11.

Buroni Panthers finished third (12 points) with zero goal difference, same points as Jinja Nile Zulus who had a deficit of 13 goals.

MUBS men finished bottom of the standings with 3 points, attained from their only victory of the campaign, 23-20 over Jinja Nile Zulus.

Individual Awards:

Benjamin Ojok of champions Blink Kobs was named as the most valuable player (MVP) of the season.

The league top scorer was Owen Waluku of MUBS men lacrosse club with 56 goals.

Waluku also garnered the most points of the season, 66 as well as the most supportive member accolade.

The best goalkeeper was Moses Owen Afoyrwoth (FCA Warriors) with 41%. Another FCA Warriors player, Timothy Munage was the most improved player.

Bernard Otim (Jinja Nile Zulus) won the fair-play award whilst Amis Kisige (FCA Warriors) took the brave heart accolade.

The league was organized by Uganda Lacrosse Association (ULA).
