This Wednesday, 29th May 2024, the focus for the 2024 Bika Bya Baganda football championship will turn to the epic quarter final clashes.
Two venues; Kabaka Kyabaggu stadium (Wakisha) and Mutesa II Stadium Wankulukuku will host the double headers apiece.
1950, 2015 and 2019 winners Mbogo take on Omutima Musaggi during the early kick-off duel at the Kabaka Kyabaggu stadium.
This match will be followed by that of the reigning champions Ngonge and Nkima at 4:00 PM.
At the Mutesa II Wankulukuku stadium, Ngabi Nsamba will look horns against Mmamba Kakobooza at 2 PM before Mpindi will square up against Ngeye at 4:00 PM.
Anticipated semi-final clashes:
The winner between Ngonge and Nkima will tussle against Mpindi and Ngeye in the early kick off semi-final match for 2 PM on Sunday, 2nd June 2024 at Mutesa II Wankulukuku Stadium.
At 4 PM, the second semi-final will take place between Ngabi Nsamba or Mmamba Kakooboza and Mbogo or Omutima Musaggi.
This year’s edition marks the 50th edition since inception of the Bika championship.
