Pastor Wilson Bugembe opened up about his long-standing relationship with Bobi Wine and how he misses their friendship.
As Bugembe celebrated his 40th birthday, he took a moment to recount on the bond he once shared with the now-politician and leader of the National Unity Platform (NUP).
Reflecting on the past, Pastor Bugembe shared how Bobi Wine used to surprise him on his birthdays, visiting him and sharing in the celebrations.
One particular memory stood out—when Bobi Wine surprised Bugembe with a visit and a song during his birthday while he was living in Kiwatule.
However, the political landscape in Uganda has made it challenging for them to maintain their friendship as freely as they once did.
Despite these challenges, Pastor Bugembe still holds his friendship with Bobi Wine in high regard. He fondly remembers telling Bobi Wine how much he misses him when they met at the late Kato Lubwama’s funeral.
In addition to reflecting on their friendship, Bugembe also took the opportunity to congratulate Bobi Wine on his recent academic achievement.
