“How I Landed a Promotion Just Two Months Into My Job”

This life story I am going to share may not sound typical, but it is my reality. I recently got promoted in my job at a private company after only two months of starting. Yes, just two months, and I am now the head of the Human Resource Department with an impressive salary package.

I had spent five years applying for jobs after graduating from campus, sometimes even being invited for interviews that never led anywhere, for reasons I could never understand.

I am the firstborn in a family of six children. My mother raised us on her own but managed to send me to university. She was already getting too old to care for my younger siblings, and I desperately wanted a good job so I could support her financially.
