Kitara and BUL lock horns in the first semi-final of the 2024 Fufa Super 8 on Saturday under floodlights at the MTN Omondi stadium, Lugogo.

The Royals beat KCCA 4-3 on aggregate in the quarter finals while BUL saw off Maroons 4-1 over two legs.

Omedi will be key for Kitara

This will be the last test for the Royals before they fly out to Libya where they face Al Hilal Benghazi in the Caf Confederation Cup first preliminary round.

Brian Ssenyondo will hope his forwards Denis Omedi and Jude Ssemugabi, scorers in the tie against KCCA continue fine form but will face a stern test in Walter Ochora and company in BUL defence.

For Abbey Kikomeko, the confidence to retain the defence lies in new signings Dickson Mataama and Isaac Wagoina who scored in the 3-0 win over Maroons in the last game.
