Family Finally Buries Brother After Five Years in Morgue Due to Land Dispute

A family in Kenya has finally laid their late brother to rest after a land dispute delayed his burial for five years. According to a family member, disagreements over land among relatives made it impossible to proceed with the funeral, leaving his body in the morgue all that time. He explained that the late brother and another sibling had not reached a clear agreement on how the land should be divided, which caused prolonged conflict within the family.

The family attempted several approaches, including seeking help from local authorities such as the area chief, but nothing worked as expected.
