Spice Diana reveals her worst experience with promoter

Spice Diana has opened up about one of her most frustrating experiences with a promoter during a TikTok live session Bruno K and Crysto Panda. When asked about her worst encounter with a client, she revealed that, in her line of work, the biggest challenges often come from event promoters.

Spice Diana recalled a particularly difficult moment during a performance in Masaka when a promoter failed to show up to pay her.

I think the most obvious one is going to a show and finding that the promoter has run away.

She went on to describe how the incident unfolded, sharing that she was already feeling unwell due to ulcers and had to endure a long journey while struggling with pain.

That day, I had ulcers that made me feel bad the whole day, yet I had about four shows, including Masaka.

They drove me there while I was holding my stomach, and upon reaching, the promoter wasn’t available.

Despite the setback, Spice Diana knew that walking away without performing would disappoint her fans, who were unaware of the behind-the-scenes issues.

In the pain I was feeling, I asked myself what I could do in the moment because I couldn’t leave Masaka without singing to my fans. I got on stage, talked about it, and eventually sang in pain.

To make matters worse, the next morning, the promoter attempted to shift the blame onto her, making it seem like she was at fault.
