How My New Shop Attracted More Customers After I Made This Change

My name is Brian Mwenda. I'm 31 years old and I run a small electronics store in Embu Town. Like many young Kenyans, I always dreamed of owning a business and becoming self-reliant. After saving for three years from my boda boda hustle, I finally opened the shop in March this year.
I had pictured a great start. In my imagination, there were lines of customers eager to buy chargers, radios, and phone accessories. I had picked out my stock carefully, paid rent ahead of time, and even painted the walls yellow to make the shop look warm and welcoming. But the truth turned out to be different.
The first two months were painfully slow. Most days, I sat from morning to evening and only managed to sell one or two items. Some days, not even a single customer showed up.
