How I Finally Won a County Tender After Years of Disappointment

I am called Martin. I run a small construction company based in Kakamega. For years, I had been applying for county tenders hoping to grow my business beyond private contracts. But every time I tried, my documents would be rejected or I would simply never hear back. I once came close during a water project bid but lost it at the very last stage.
It became clear to me that something was not right. I had the experience, the qualifications and a good team. But for five years, not a single tender came through. I began to think maybe someone somewhere was blocking me. It could have been a rival or someone who just did not want me to grow.
