The player exodus at league champions SC Villa continues with defender Gavin Kizito the latest player to be confirmed out.
The exit of Kizito, a former captain at the club was confirmed by Asan Kasingye, SC Villa Public Relations Officer on his X account.
Kasingye revealed the club parted ways with the right back on disciplinary grounds.
Sports Nation on Sunday reported that Villa had fallen out with three players Patrick Kakande, Gavin and Ronald Ssekiganda over unpaid bonuses.
However, Kasingye said that Kakande is training with the team and is still under contract dispelling rumors of him falling out with the club.
Kenneth Ssemakula, Umar Lutalo and Abasi Kyeyune are the other players to have already confirmed exit from the 17-time league champions.
Emmanuel Ajo dispute
Kasingye also confirmed that SC Villa duly signed striker Emmanuel Ajo who was on Sunday evening unveiled by NEC.
It is reported that Ajo signed a three-year contract with the Jogoos and the transfer is already registered with FUFA.
New assistant coach
Reports of SC Villa adding other personnel to their technical staff were also dispelled by Kasingye who said that Dusan Stojanovic remains the head with Morley Byekwaso as his assistant.
