Women's Day: Experts tip women on personal branding and fitness.
The International Women's day marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. Significant activity is witnessed worldwide as groups come together to celebrate women's achievements or rally for women's equality.
As part of the activities to celebrate internationally women’s day that falls on 8th March every year, women have been advised on practical skills to enhance their efficiency through personal branding and physical fitness.
Women experts from ATC Uganda highlighted the importance of branding, physical fitness and good cooking habits which according to the experts will improve their mind, body and soul while at work, home and social networks.
During the virtual ATC women’s day celebration held on 5th March 2021, Faith Nabaggala, an Etiquette Coach on Personal Branding said that women need to polish their personal brands through the different approaches that she said will improve their values, relationship, skills, influence, and character among others.
She noted that women can particularly achieve their branding ambition through focusing on their self assessment, time management, skills sharpening, increased online presence, social life upgrade among others.
“What do you want to be known for? You need to know yourself, make self assessment, improve your attitude, improve your online presence, invest in yourself upgrade your social life “she said
The Etiquette Coach said that for women to avoid wearing out, they need to prioritize caring for themselves before others which she said will recharge their mind, body and soul.

Marsha Walusimbi in the opening remarks urged women to understand and maintain their purpose in life while maximizing a healthy living through physical exercise, health eating and branding.
“We need to know what we stand for. We need to get back into physical exercise, health eating and let’s talk about our branding when we challenging g our biases” she said.
The CEO, Souls Fitness, Gerry Opoka, a certified Zumba instructor took ladies through practical exercising skills (pictured above) in different Zumba lesions which she advised women to periodically practice in order to keep in shape
