 The firm recently completed a landmark $13.5 million Faculty of Engineering project and currently balances over 11 concurrent large-scale infrastructure developments across the country.

 Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU): VCON recently completed a landmark Faculty of Engineering and Technology project (including a 500-bed hostel) at the Mbale campus. This milestone was followed by an additional contract to supply and install furniture for the faculty.

Pearl Business Park: VCON is the primary contractor for this massive 18-acre, multi-tower, mixed-use development located on Yusuf Lule Road. Phase one features a 19-floor Grade A office block.

 Paradise Island Resort: VCON is branching into luxury tourism infrastructure with this 19-acre eco-retreat on Lake Victoria, accessible by boat from Munyonyo
