Uganda Police Spokesperson ACP Kituuma Rusoke says that abusing the president of Uganda H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is a crime that could land many people in trouble.
While addressing the media about the state of security in the country, ACP Kituuma Rusoke pointed out a TikToker identified as Lucky Choice who is being accused of creating abusive content about the Fountain Of Honor.
In his submission, the Police Spokesperson highlighted how abusing the president; in words or action, can attract prosecutions in the courts of law.
He went ahead to reveal that the police are still investigating the case involving Lucky Choice and that appropriate action will be taken.
I’m a fan of TikTok but I don’t know how I miss these fellows. The abuse of the president of the Republic of Uganda is an offense. The president of Uganda is the Fountain of Honor and any actions that try to undermine the Fountain of Honor; either in words or actions, can attract prosecution.
