Tamugi Official Eyes Making A Statement In  Ugandan Music Industry

Singer and Songwriter James Muwanguzi, better known as Tamugi, is one of the gifted creatives that the Ugandan music industry is blessed to have.

His ability to write well for different artists good songs has seen him pen his own that he has gone ahead to record and produce which he has shared on his music streaming platforms including YouTube, Spotify, Audiomack, and Boomplay among many others.

Eyeing to make a statement on the Ugandan showbiz, he recently, dropped a new audio and visual project in which he features Black Market Entertainment singer Martha Mukisa titled “Too Much” which is enjoying airplay on mainstream media.

Tamugi has worked with a couple of artists on different projects including; Yo Body Ft Omega 256 & Hitnature, Tweweemu Ft Cosign, Recho Rey, and Sumi Crazy, Switch Ft Jackie Chandiru, and Available.

He has worked with Carol Nantongo and Sheebah Karungi writing their hit songs “Oliwa” and “Kansalewo” respectively as he contributed to their music careers in a very positive way.

He also co-wrote Martha Mukisa’s Exo Wo, Ettama, and Busy Ft Eddy Kenzo and the list is endless which shows that his impact in the Ugandan music industry is being felt through a section of other followers who are not deeply rooted in the industry are yet to recognize his efforts fully.

Tamugi is a promising and budding singer who will soon hit the ground running and when he breaks the glass ceiling, it will be no surprise since he has worked for it for some time now.
