All The Details On Drake’s Unexpected Release

The ‘Rich Baby Daddy’ collaborators linked up musically again for her new EP ‘In Sexyy We Trust.’ The project features 14 songs and other A-List features like Mike Will Made-It and Lil Baby. Sexyy Red and Drake’s ‘U My Everything’ is number four on the EP and rides for three minutes and 44 seconds.

While Sexyy opened the track with some interesting vocals, Drizzy playfully popped off in the second verse. He opened by talking about how he gets down in the bedroom. For the next couple of lines, he bragged about the lifestyle he could provide for Red.

“Red, girl, I love you, let’s do it. Showed enough love to the city, I promise, so let’s get the f**k out St. Louis. Maybe we go to Saint Lucia, I been there, so I’ll introduce you. Or maybe you go to Saint Martin with me if these n*ggas take break and quit startin’ with me. Maybe we go to Saint Kitts. If you and your BD are calling it splits. Then maybe we call it an accident,” he rapped.

But Metro Boomin’s beat didn’t make its debut in the second half of the verse. Playing on the diss-trumental’s title, Drake shared that he’s changed women’s lives by funding their BBLs.

“I changed a lot of girls’ lives for real. They need a new body, they hittin’ me, ayy. BBL Drizzy, they want a new body, they ask me for it The last one, Jung, he did it for free ’cause I sent over so many past ones for him. But Red, don’t even worry about all of that sh*t. Just keep it natural for ’em, I swear.”

What’s Tea With Metro Boomin’ ‘BBL Drizzy’ Beat?

The tea on the ‘BBL Drizzy’ beat is that Metro Boomin released it in response to one of Drake’s jabs during his track-for-track beef with Kendrick Lamar. Aubrey told Metro on ‘Push Ups to “shut [his[] h*e a** up and make some drums.” So the producer did — and it’s been a HIT in the Instagram streets.

This new song with Sexyy is the rapper’s second public response to the beat. Earlier this month, Drake took to social media with his first one, writing, “You just cheffed a beat about my a**?”

Rick Ross has been widely credited with the ‘BBL Drizzy’ phrase, but Metro also thanked a comedian who claimed to be the originator of it.

Metro has yet to react online to Drizzy’s use of his beat on the playful track. The ironic part is that just days ago, Boomin had Cardinals fans in Sexy Red’s hometown, St. Louis, rocking to ‘BBL Drizzy’ at the stadium.

Meanwhile, as always, the innanet is cuttin’ up with mixed reactions to Drizzy’s lil’ spin on the beat!
