Mark D Urban urges youth to engage in leadership and seek mentorship

Mark D Urban, a renowned dancehall singer and performer, shared some advice to fellow youth about how to handle life in a significant manner.

During his visit to Sanyuka TV, he urged the youth to live their lives positively and to always make the right choices so as to have a better future ahead of them.

I want to pass on this message to every ghetto youth out there: this life belongs to you. You have to make the right choices. Good decisions will lead you to good choices.

He went ahead to task the youth to always strive to seek mentorship before they embark on projects that they aim to bring to life so as to avoid making mistakes and heavy loses of their capital and finances.

Seek mentorship. A person who is supposed to mentor you should be someone who has done what you wish to accomplish because he can give you tips on how to go about something.

Mark D Urban also called upon the youth to engage themselves in activities of leadership stressing that if a youth is elected in a political office, he can easily understand and work on the challenges that fellow youth face in life.

On that note, he called upon all the educated youth and those with minimum requirements for contesting for politicals offices not to shy away from taking part in seeking leadership positions.

Thirdly, I urge all youth to engage themselves in leadership. Because the people that we send to political offices don’t know anything about the current generation and it’s challenges it’s facing.
