Aroma opens up about overcoming depression with help from Jeff Kiwa

Certainly, many public figures always struggle with different challenges in life, and most of them suffer a lot from depression.
Aroma is no different. She spoke up about undergoing depression.
Born Aroma Kyavaerimukama, the singer disclosed how she got depressed and contemplated jumping from a balcony to end her own life.
It was during that rough patch of her life that celebrated talent manager Jeff Kiwa gave her a call, inviting her to his camp.
Later, the two got along with the latter helping the former with her music career and mental support.
Aroma revealed that Jeff Kiwa even directed his driver to always pick her from her home every morning and would return her late in the night to help her overcome the stress and emotional struggles she was facing.
I was depressed and going through a lot of things in my life. That is when Jeff Kiwa came into my life.
On receiving his first phone call, I spoke to him while crying. He then directed his driver to always pick me up from home at 7:00 AM and would only return me late in the night so that I could spend time with people.
I was depressed to the extent that I wanted to jump from a balcony and end my life. I was about to quit music.
Aroma explained that Jeff’s support came at a time when he was no longer too busy since he had parted ways with Sheebah Karungi and was only helping Rahmah Pinky and Grenade Official.
She noted that she stopped working with Jeff Kiwa as she didn’t have enough funds to invest in her music career.
