"I Want You Jailed For Acting Like You Are Above The Law, Don’t Think Of Calling Me to Intervene & Save You" Minister Balaam Blasts Alien Skin and Other Artists

Minister for Youth, Balaam Barugahare, has issued a strong warning to Ugandan artists who are linked to dangerous gangs. He stated that they will face arrest and may not be granted bail.
The warning comes amid ongoing investigations into musician Patrick Mulwana, also known as Alien Skin, over his alleged involvement in the death of a dancer in Mbale last week. The dancer’s death has sparked outrage among the public.
Minister Barugahare made his statement during an interview with a local television station, emphasizing that several artists are already under investigation for serious crimes.
“I am sending a warning to artists with gangs. Police is investigating those alleged to have been involved in killing people. Whoever is arrested, don’t call on my phone. I want you to be arrested and stay without receiving bail. Stay warned,” he said.
The Minister’s comments target musicians who associate with gangs, highlighting the risks of lawlessness within the music industry. He made it clear that no one will be exempt from the law, regardless of their fame.
According to Minister Balaam, controlling these gangs is crucial to prevent further harm. He warned that the actions of some artists not only endanger themselves but also pose a threat to society as a whole.
The Minister’s stern warning sends a clear message that the government intends to crack down on criminal behavior linked to the entertainment industry.
Fans and the public have been closely following the investigation into Alien Skin, whose alleged involvement in the dancer’s death has dominated social media discussions.
This move reflects the government’s broader effort to ensure that musicians who maintain gangs are held accountable and that public safety is prioritized.
As investigations continue, artists linked to gangs are being advised to cooperate with authorities, and the public awaits further updates on any arrests and legal actions.
