Emily Compagno is an American television host, attorney, and former NFL cheerleader. Born on November 9, 1979, in Oakland, California, she grew up in El Cerrito, California. Emily has Italian, English, Bohemian, and German roots. She earned a degree in Political Science from the University of Washington, where she also participated in the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps. Later, she graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Before her television career, Emily had an extensive legal background, practicing criminal defense and civil litigation. She also worked internationally in places like Cape Town, South Africa, and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Emily served as a federal managing attorney and worked with the Social Security Administration.

In addition to her legal work, Emily was a cheerleader for the Oakland Raiders (now Las Vegas Raiders) from 2007 to 2010, even becoming the captain of the Raiderettes. She also participated in USO tours to visit U.S. troops overseas.

In 2018, Emily joined Fox News as a legal analyst and contributor. She became a co-host of the talk show Outnumbered in 2021 and also hosts The FOX True Crime Podcast with Emily Compagno.

Outside of her professional work, Emily is actively involved in charities that support U.S. veterans, law enforcement, and K9 causes. She resides in New York City and practices Roman Catholicism.
