  • Uganda vs Ghana – Grade Stade Marrakesh, Morocco 7pm

Following a disappointing outing against Comoros on Saturday, Uganda Cranes return to action in the international friendly week with a big one against Ghana on Tuesday.

The Cranes were hammered 4-0 by the 121st ranked nation and Paul Put, his staff and players will be eager to make amends.

The Belgian is expected to make changes in the eleven against the four-time champions in order to give opportunity to other players to showcase their abilities ahead of the competitive matches in June.

New boys Nathan Asiimwe, Guise Bellagambi and Toby Sibbick didn’t get a run out against Comoros and a sure bet to start this one.

Put could also consider starting forwards Fahad Bayo and Milton Karisa after they came off the bench in the last game as well as Carl James Mujaguzi.

Like Uganda, Ghana also lost their outing last week suffering a 2-1 defeat to Afcon finalists Nigeria and will want to leave with a win, the first under returning coach Addo.

Uganda Cranes XI: Ikara (GK), Ssemakula, Mugabi, Kaka, Lwaliwa, Bwomono, Opondo, Maato, Shaban, Omedi and MutyabaUsed Subs: Bayo (Omedi), Karisa (Mato), Mukwala (Shaban), Mujaguzi (Mutyaba), Ssekiganda (Bwomono)
