My name is Aisha, and I am from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. For ten long years, I struggled to find a proper job. I graduated with a degree in Business Administration, full of hope and dreams, but every application I sent out seemed to disappear into thin air. I attended interviews, prepared resumes, and even tried networking, but nothing worked. My friends were getting promotions, starting businesses, and building families, while I remained stuck. The stress was unbearable, and I often felt like I had failed in life.
