Early Life and Education: Sreeleela hails from a Telugu-speaking family. Her mother, Swarnalatha, is a gynaecologist based in Bangalore. She began her training in Bharatanatyam dance during her childhood. Initially aspiring to become a doctor, she was in the final year of her MBBS at Bangalore Medical College as of 2021.
Career: She started her acting career as a child artist in 2017. Sreeleela made her lead debut in the 2019 Kannada film Kiss, portraying the character Nandini. She gained further recognition with her role in the Telugu film Pelli SandaD (2021) as Kondaveeti Sahasra. Her performance in Dhamaka (2022) earned her the SIIMA Award for Best Actress – Telugu.
