Premier Recrutiment handing over travel documents to Ugandans going to work abroad

Over 850 lucrative job offers for Ugandan interested in working in Qatar are now open through Premier Recruitment Limited, an employment outsourcing firm based in Kampala on Crane Chambers.

The placements have been confirmed by Aletqan Manapower, a company based in Doha in a letter seen by this website. The letter addressed to Premier Recruitmen, Sami Suleiman the Company Managing Director of Aletqan Manpower, of the human resource consulting organization and recruitment agency announced that his agency intends to recruit manpower from Uganda.

According to Premier recruitment, the job placements for different categories including electrical and mechanical technicians, plumbers, carpenters and painters will be paid a basic monthly salary of Ugx 1.2 Million, and that they will after being vetted, have a two-year renewable contract that includes 8 working hours per day for 6 days of the week with a six-month probation period.

The Doha based company revealed in the letter above  that the workers required will include 100 laborers, 200 security guards, 200 waiters (male and female), 100 mechanical technicians, 50 plumbers, 100 electrical technicians, 50 carpenters and 50 painters among others

Other string benefits as provided for in the Qatar labor law will include a joining and round-trip air ticket, free food accommodation, transport, medical and insurance facilities, a resident permit.
