Patricia Nabakooza, a Ugandan dancer and social media influencer, has urged her followers to stop following a Twitter account using her name and to help report it so it can be taken down.
In April, in a video that surfaced on social media, local singer Victor Ruz and Triplets Ghetto Kids pioneer Patricia Nabakooza were seen enjoying a cozy moment while in a car.
Looking straight into the camera, the two lovebirds swap saliva as they listen to Lil Nas X and Jack Harlow’s song ‘Industry Baby’.
The video created a buzz on social media with netizens questioning the romantic connection between the two youngsters.
While speaking to Spark TV, Nabakooza noted that she is not perfect and as she begins the adult stage in her life, she is bound to make mistakes.
I think it is not responsible and we have to always think smartly before doing certain things. I am just starting adult life and I have to be hardworking and discover so many other things. My life is busy, it teaches you responsibility.
I am not perfect, nobody is perfect but I am trying my best to ensure that as I grow older I try to be a better version of myself. I try to sacrifice a lot and ignore certain influences because I know what’s at stake. We are not saints, we cannot run away from our mistakes. Patricia Nabakooza
She advises people not to spend much time dwelling on regretting things that did not happen as they would have wished in their lives but to take them as lessons to better their lives in the future.’
She also cleared the air concerning an X (Twitter) account that posts controversial content in her name, maintaining that she does not own it and asked people to stop following it.
“I do not have a Twitter account, I am not on Twitter. There is a Twitter account using my name and it is followed by so many people. It depicts that I post the content on the account but that’s not me. I only have Instagram, Facebook, and two TikTok pages and the content I post on those accounts does not relate to what is posted on that Twitter account. Please stop following that account and help me report it so it can be taken down,” she added.
