The Ruparelia Group developed the multi-billion-shilling Paradise Island Resort for Uganda’s high-end hospitality sector, with a spanning 19 acres on Lake Victoria, located a 12 kilometers away from Speke Resort Munyonyo.

The Project Timeline that start construction as far as May 2021 through development one units completion in 2023, added  phase two containing more cottages, conference facilities, and landscaping following demand projections, and more units.

The resort comes with unique features such as Cliff Hanger Cottages having 11 units offering panoramic views of Lake Victoria; Deluxe Cottages of 14 two-bedroom units, 3 high end private executive Villas.
